Privacy notice

Workspace Engine Grid is the controller of personal data collected through this site. We aim to follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and apply data minimisation to our own operations.

Data we collect

When you enquire, we receive your name, email, organisation, selected service, message, consent record, and technical request metadata. If you accept optional analytics cookies, aggregate usage information may also be collected. We do not request sensitive personal data through the form.

Why and legal basis

We process enquiry data to respond, assess fit, prepare a requested proposal, protect the site, and keep necessary business records. Depending on context, the basis is consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating our consultancy, or legal obligation.

Sharing and transfers

Data may be handled by vetted hosting, email, analytics, and professional-service providers only as needed. If processing occurs outside Thailand, we use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised after 18 months; client records follow contractual, tax, and legal retention needs. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, least-privilege practices, and provider reviews, while recognising no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
