We establish office hours, intake rules, response expectations, and a monthly priorities meeting. Work is documented in your systems so knowledge remains with your team.
Embedded support is most effective after foundational measurement is stable. If it is not, we will recommend a bounded audit before beginning an open-ended retainer.
