Growth analysis
Retention Diagnostics
Understand which early behaviours predict lasting value and which friction points quietly erode retention.

What changes after the engagement.
- Behavioural cohorts linked to repeat value
- Critical drop-offs separated from harmless exploration
- Actionable hypotheses ranked by evidence and effort
- Experiment measures that distinguish novelty from durable change
Approach
Deep enough to be useful. Bounded enough to finish.
Retention is rarely one number. We segment by acquisition source, first-use path, product intent, device context, geography, and value milestones to reveal patterns hidden by blended curves.
Analysis combines quantitative journeys with product context. We test competing definitions of activation, inspect time-to-value, identify behaviours associated with return, and distinguish correlation from claims that require experimentation.
The final working session translates findings into product choices: onboarding changes, lifecycle messages, feature emphasis, and experiments with explicit success and guardrail metrics.
